Dispute Resolution

The arbitration will take place in Coral Gables, Florida, and the arbitrator’s decision may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and EBIT regarding the use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

Severability
